The London Cornish Association (LCA) is a non-political, non-sectarian, cultural and social organisation which promotes and fosters fellowship and goodwill among Cornish people in London. Stimulating interest in the history, antiquities, traditions, cultural and social life of Cornwall and the Cornish people; Encouraging contact with and fostering links between other Cornish Associations, both home and abroad; Publishing a quarterly newsletter; The Association promotes: The Annual Dinner which was established in 1885; The Annual Trelawny lecture which was established in 1987; The Pewas Map Trevethan Award (in conjunction with Gorsedd Kernow); Family History research.
