For Hire

At the Guildhall we have two rooms which are available for hire from Monday - Saturday. These are the Corn Exchange and the Council Chamber.
The Corn Exchange is located on the ground floor of the Guildhall and will hold approximately 50 people. It is ideally suited to small meetings or Coffee Mornings. There is a kitchen, with crockery provided, located directly off the hall which can also be used.

The Council Chamber is located on the first floor of the Guildhall and will accommodate approximately 100 people. The room would be ideal for larger meetings.

The Guildhall is licensed as an approved venue for civil marriage and civil partnership ceremonies.  In addition to this we can also host civil naming ceremonies, renewal of vows and wedding receptions.
