Helston Town Council is an award-winning organisation that has aspirations for the community who live, work and visit the town. The Town Councillors and Officers are forward looking and believe in the town’s potential as it grows and enhances its position as the gateway to the Lizard Peninsular.
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our busy admin team as the Mayor’s Secretary and Administrative Assistant. This role includes managing the Mayor’s diary, supporting the Town Clerk’s Office with the administration of the Council and assisting with the organisation of civic events. Applicants will be self-motivated and able to work as part of a small team. You will have good communication and customer care skills and be computer literate.
